Thank you for considering enrolling your child at Tapanui Primary School.

We are a Year 1 to Year 6 school and welcome all children from the age of 5 years upwards to come and learn with us. You are welcome to visit our school and to complete and tender an enrolment form.

If you telephone ahead we can arrange for someone to give you a guided tour of our classrooms, facilities and answer your questions. Reach our office on 03 204 8614. 

 

A copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport and immunisation record is required if enrolling at school for the first time. If your child is a NZ Resident then we will need a copy of their resident visa or other qualifiying visa documents (ie: student or visitor).

We also encourage you to visit the school with your child, at least once, to let your child become familiar with the environment and their classroom. This will help them settle into school life more easily.
